RETURN POLICY: If you are not satisfied, we will provide a refund or exchange the item WITHIN 30 DAYS of purchase, excluding shipping, handling and any applicable tax. With receipt: Returned items accompanied by a receipt will be refunded or exchanged at the price listed on the receipt, plus any applicable sales tax. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Without receipt: Items for return without a receipt can ONLY be exchanged. Exchanges made without a receipt will be processed at the lowest sales price, plus applicable sales tax. Such items may be exchanged for another item or for merchandise credit.

DISCOUNTS: No discounts on the following products/brands: St. Nicholas Cadet Ornaments, Cadet Nutcrackers, M. LaHart Products (Special Order); Leather Totes/Bags (Fossil), West Point China.

PROMOTION CODES: Only one Promotion Code/Discount could be used for a purchase. No combining discounts/promo code. The greater discount will be applied to the purchase.
